This detached bungalow built on a plot measuring approximately 500sq m, completed in 2002 and very well maintained since. The bungalow has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all well furnished, the master bedroom is full en-suite with shower and the other two bedrooms share a family sized full en-suite bathroom. The villa Arcadia sleeps up to 6 persons.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances including a dishwasher, cooker /oven / hob, microwave and a fridge freezer, an open plan lounge - dining area. A TV, DVD player, a wireless digital security alarm system and security storm shutters with fly screens through-out the property.

On the exterior, there is ample parking for at least two cars. The large 10 x 5 private swimming pool and pool sun terraces with a shaded pergola area for those hot summer days. There is a BBQ area for eating al-fresco and a sun roof top garden terrace having sea views down the valley to the coastline of Coral Bay and the proposed marina.

Conveniently situated at the foothills of Peyia, only a short drive takes you to the local village of Peyia and a four minute drive takes you to Coral Bay resort and beaches, fifteen minutes drive into Paphos seafront and thirty five minutes to Paphos International airport.
