Villa Koloni is a detached three bedroom villa with
a private 8 x 4 swimming pool surrounded by landscaped gardens and fruit
trees. The villa is situated in the quiet village of Koloni close to the
main village of Geriskipou where the Turkish Delight is made. |

Paphos sea front and beaches are a very short drive
away and for the more energetic, a beautiful walk down country lanes
passing through orange and lemons fields. We do recommend though for you
to hire a car and take in the historic sites of Cyprus. Take a drive up
into the Troodos mountains, breath and smell the pines. Fantatsic! |

patio terraces. There is a terrace that is partly shaded by a pergola,
enjoying comfortable sun-beds, tables with chairs by pool and sun terraces
with chairs and parasols for those sun worshipers. |

The villa kitchen is open plan, offering very
spacious room for dining inside and for those holiday breakfasts. The
kitchen has all the modern appliances provided for you. |

twin styled bedrooms on
the first floor are all furnished to a
high standard with all bedrooms leading directly onto their own upper
balcony
sun terrace providing superb sea, coastal and sunset views. |

Two twin bedrooms have a
family bathroom with full en-suite bath and shower facilities. The master
twin bedroom has its own en-suite with shower facilities. Downstairs
there is a visitors toilet with hand
wash basin facilities. |

The villa
has full air conditioning in all rooms for hot summer days and
heating to all rooms for those slightly milder winter nights.

The villa is ideally located in the village of Koloni. A short drive from
the Paphos International Airport, even shorter into Paphos centre and
beaches. |

Paphos is only 5km away, providing excellent
recreational activities including cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse
riding, mountain biking, mountaineering, paragliding, sailing, surfing,
swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing and windsurfing.
Additionally, there is a vast array of restaurants and bars to cater for
any taste or cuisine. |

On a beautiful sunny day, why
not stroll down the lanes and fields to the sea and beaches, some 30- 40
minutes
walk away. Cyprus has all year round sunshine, even in those winter months
of December and January. |
